Medical care often seems miraculous. New medical treatments and cures occur every day. But, medical care is not perfect. Your body and your illness can be very complicated. The system in which you receive care is complex. Accidents do happen and none of us intend to harm anyone or create a dangerous situation.

At Florida Hospital, we are constantly working together to identify risks and implement solutions to make care safer. We have created a number of initiatives to help us accomplish these safety solutions.
